Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collect and record vitals and other patient data, reporting to RN/LPN.
• Support patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Assist with positioning, transfers, and mobility aids as needed.
• Collect urine/stool and perform finger-stick blood glucose monitoring.
• Communicate patient information clearly to the care team and adhere to protocols.
