Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Lab Assistant for the overnight Monday–Friday shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) in Maryland. The role supports laboratory production, extraction, testing, and formulation tasks under supervision, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, be 21+, and pass background checks. Prior lab or pipetting experience is a plus, with basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old for legal compliance.
• Pass Federal and State criminal history background check.
• High school diploma required.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• General lab experience preferred.
• Pipetting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily laboratory production activities including distillation and extraction.
• Support infusion concentrate formulation and dispensing.
• Conduct potency and terpene testing using HPLC and GCMS.
• Maintain equipment, glassware, and lab cleanliness.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues to supervisor.
• Handle weighing, liquid handling, and pipetting tasks.
