Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate to assist the Inventory Manager with inventory control of finished units pulled for outbound deliveries. The role is on-site in Maryland, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a temperature-controlled environment from 55°–85°F.

You will maintain vault organization, perform audits, and ensure accuracy and compliance in every packing step. The position requires at least two years of inventory experience, a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record,

Qualifications

• For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record required.
• At least two (2) years of inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
• Pull all inventory items, including non-cannabis items, reflected on LeafLink invoice.
• Verify compliance and accuracy of all packages before pulling.
• Accurately case pack batches as needed.
• Participate in vault inventory audits.
• Maintain organization within product vaults.
• Complete daily duties on time; willingness to take on additional duties.
• Maintain open communication with management and co-workers about daily production output.
• Flex to other departments to assist as needed within the production schedule.
• Be comfortable working in environments with temperatures ranging from 55°–85°F.
