Job summary

DCM Inc. is hiring a Laboratory Supervisor to lead extraction, distillation, post processing, and testing operations in a Maryland cannabis facility.

The role requires ensuring safety, compliance with Metrc seed-to-sale tracking, and coordination with management on production scheduling. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, general lab exposure, and the ability to pass criminal background checks.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required or strongly preferred.
• General lab experience is preferred.
• You will need to pass a Federal and State background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab production activities including extraction, distillation, post processing and testing for compliance.
• Monitor safety training and equipment SOPs in the lab.
• Maintain accurate inventory and records in Metrc and related systems.
• Coordinate with management to schedule strains and products for production.
• Ensure lab spaces and equipment are cleaned and maintained regularly.
