Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of services requests for Support Services and operations division.
• Oversees performance and job functions of associates performing service requests.
• Maintains bed tracking and work order system accuracy; makes edits as needed.
• Provides ongoing training to associates.
