Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current Maryland RN license or eligibility.
• Three years of nursing experience in Medical/Surgical or Critical Care.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and communicate patient bed/availability information to support patient placement.
• Coordinate staffing strategy based on patient acuity and census.
• Serve as the liaison between MAC and nurse management to resolve bed management issues.
• Respond to clinical issues and guide staff according to nursing standards and policies.
• Coordinate patient flow and safe staffing on patient care units.
• Collaborate with trauma and specialty coordinators to assign available staff.
