Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, knowledge of bed management systems, and strong communication skills to support Care Connection and admitting units.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in hospital bed management or patient flow.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with admission processes and patient tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bed assignment for admitted patients across UMMMC campuses.
• Track census and reserve lists, update bed status, and notify Care Connection as needed.
• Enter patient data, complete admissions paperwork, and facilitate smooth transfers.
