Job summary

Sartori Company in Antigo, Wisconsin, is seeking a team member to oversee the brine and hauling process in cheese production. This role focuses on maintaining safety, sanitation, and quality while ensuring proper documentation and inventory control.

You will operate forklifts and overhead cranes, monitor brine parameters, and coordinate product storage. The schedule runs 4pm–4am in a 2/2/3 rotation, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and adherence to Master Sanitation Schedule protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience desirable.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a wet, cool environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety policies, HACCP and GMP standards.
• Monitor brine parameters and document results.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move cheese wheels.
• Maintain accurate records of weights, counts, and brine tanks.
• Keep brine tanks, racks, and surrounding areas clean and sanitized.
