Job summary

Sartori Company seeks a Sanitation Coordinator for the Antigo, WI cheese plant on the 2nd shift (4pm–12am, Mon–Fri) with occasional weekend coverage. You will train team members, direct sanitation activities, and ensure CIP systems and equipment cleanliness meet HACCP and GMP standards.

You will coordinate sanitation across all areas, maintain schedules, and support continuous improvement with Production and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in sanitation and/or food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sanitation activities across the creamery and related facilities.
• Train Team Members on sanitation processes and CIP systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain master sanitation schedules and ensure compliance with HACCP and GMPs.
• Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives and support HACCP/food defense teams.
