Sartori Company in Antigo, Wisconsin, is seeking a team member to oversee the brine and hauling process in cheese production. This role focuses on maintaining safety, sanitation, and quality while ensuring proper documentation and inventory control.
You will operate forklifts and overhead cranes, monitor brine parameters, and coordinate product storage. The schedule runs 4pm–4am in a 2/2/3 rotation, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and adherence to Master Sanitation Schedule protocols.

Must complete internal training and certification for forklift operation within the designated training period.

WORK LOCATION: On-site at the Antigo Creamery location.

Tools And Equipment That May Be Used Include
Personal protective equipment that is required when working with hazardous materials or loud equipment includes: safety goggles, rubber or latex gloves, lab coat and hearing protection.
