Job summary

Sartori Company is seeking a Relief Operator II for the Cheese Manufacturing operations in Plymouth, Wisconsin. The role involves working on a 2-2-3 rotational schedule from 4pm to 4am and requires training across Intake, Whey System, and Cheese Maker positions.

The successful candidate will support regulator operations, ensure compliance with Safety, HACCP and GMP policies, and contribute to quality control in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend work-related documents and interpret charts/graphs.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing equipment and basic math for weight measurement.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties across Intake, Whey System, and Cheese Maker roles.
• Anticipate needs, organize duties, troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Follow Safety, HACCP and GMP policies and report issues promptly.
