This 3rd shift position offers a 15% shift differential and weekend rotation with comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include brewing, cellar, and filtration support, SOP compliance, CIP/COP cleaning, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure beer quality and process

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a team-oriented production environment.
• 1 year working in a brewery, winery or distillery preferred.
• Basic mechanical repair experience.
• Understanding of SOPs, COP, CIP, sanitation and sterilization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs and best practices to carry out production and cleaning processes, monitor instrumentation readings, detect problems and troubleshoot deviations in Brewing, Cellar, and Filtration areas.
• Use both manual and automated systems to monitor processes from raw material addition to filtration to ensure quality standards.
• Perform CIP of brewing vessels, tanks, process lines, fermenters, centrifuges, filters and yeast brinks; manual cleaning and COP of parts.
• Utilize inventory control software (Phoenix WMS and Switchboard) for material handling and lot tracking; prepare for brewing according to recipes.
• Responsible for performance and reporting of product and equipment on shift; escalate abnormalities.
• Communicate with Quality, Packaging, Maintenance to meet department objectives.
• Maintain 5S and GMP standards; own at least one 5S area and perform audits.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of process equipment; escalate repairs.
• Develop knowledge of Confined Space Rescue procedures and plant utilities knowledge.
• Support cross-functional team through clear communication and coordination.
