Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a Brewer Technician 1 for the 3rd shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.). This role supports brewing, cellaring, and filtration with attention to SOPs, safety, and quality. A 15% shift differential applies and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities include operating brewing systems, performing CIP/COP, and coordinating with Quality, Packaging, and Maintenance to meet department goals. Training and certifications in brewing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Follows SOPs and GMP for brewing operations.
• Maintains 5S workplace organization and safety.
• Confined space and safety training as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to operate production, monitor instrumentation, and troubleshoot deviations.
• Monitor processes from raw materials to filtration and ensure quality.
• Perform CIP and COP on brewing equipment and maintain clean-in-place standards.
• Maintain inventory control and traceability using Phoenix WMS and Switchboard.
