Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a Facilities Support Worker for the 3rd shift to perform janitorial and sanitation duties across the brewery and restaurant. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for coworkers and guests.

The role includes operating cleaning equipment, supporting sustainability programs, and conducting minor maintenance. Applicants must be 18+, pass a background check, and work the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu) in Mills River, NC.

Qualifications

• Performs daily housekeeping and sanitation tasks across the brewery and restaurant.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas, restrooms, entrances, and outdoor spaces.
• Follows safety and environmental protocols and uses cleaning tools properly.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and periodic housekeeping and sanitation tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.).
• Manage waste streams as part of sustainability efforts (recyclables/compost).
• Maintain outdoor spaces with power washing and seasonal cleaning projects.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and safely use cleaning chemicals.
• Identify maintenance needs and perform minor repairs or preventive maintenance on tools.
