Job summary

Europastry USA is seeking a Production Worker I for the 3rd shift (11 PM to 7 AM) to operate and monitor bread and rolls production lines. You will handle packaging, labeling, and basic quality checks while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and adherence to food safety standards and GMP/OSHA requirements. Team collaboration and willingness to perform a variety of bread-process tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education, GED; or up to one-year related experience.
• Must follow GMP regulations and lock-out/tag-out requirements per OSHA.
• Food safety training is mandatory and SQF code knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Set up bread and rolls processing and packaging operations.
• Inspect and sort products for proper weight, size, and appearance.
• Label boxes according to product specifications and maintain accurate counts.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and cooperate with team members.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety meetings as applicable.
• Assist in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement.
