Europastry USA is seeking a motivated Operations Line Technician I to join our growing team. You will evaluate, optimize and diagnose line processing flow, oversee installation, operation and maintenance, and train staff to keep the line running smoothly.

This is a 2nd shift (3 PM–11 PM) role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will work with a team to maintain product quality and safety, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive

Qualifikationen

• Minimum experience of 2 years working with multiple operating machines in a food manufacturing facility.
• Training in general safety, food safety and quality awareness is preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.

Aufgaben

• Ensure efficient operation of multiple machines and conformance to quality standards.
• Perform inspections and basic mechanical functions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance per TPM charts.
• Ensure proper handling of products on the line to avoid damage and distortion.
• Monitor product specs and detect deviations.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Maintain productivity logs and ensure safety and cleanliness.
