Job summary

Europastry USA is seeking an Operation Line Technician for the 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM) to monitor and optimize line processing flow in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will oversee machine operation, perform basic maintenance, ensure quality, and train team members on procedures and safety.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing setting, knowledge of GMP/HACCP, and the ability to communicate in English; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working with multiple operating machines in a food manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of safety, food safety and quality awareness; bilingual a plus.
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor line processing flow to ensure quality and specs.
• Perform basic inspections and minor mechanical tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance per TPM charts and maintain production logs.
• Identify bottlenecks, suggest process improvements, and communicate disruptions to supervision.
