Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience as a machine operator preferred.
• 2+ years' blow mold operation preferred.
• Familiarity with high-speed machinery and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning) to start production.
• Control and adjust machine settings (speed, etc.).
• Operate blow-mold machines and related equipment.
• Perform audits, weights and quality checks.
• Check output for defects and document results.
• Maintain records of products and approvals.
• Enter data into SPC database for QC measures.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on blow mold systems.
• Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines.
• Maintain activity logs.
