Job summary

DFA Ingredient Solutions is seeking a Blend Operator to work in our facility in the United States. You will weigh ingredients, ensure readiness for drying, and perform QA checks in the mix room, while operating pH meters and refractometers to maintain specification compliance.

Role requires following GMPs, completing routine cleaning, and assisting with safety analyses and training. Must read, write, and speak English and have at least a high school diploma or GED.

• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Weighs each ingredient and adds to the batch.
• Ensures the product is ready to dry.
• Carries out all QA checks in the mix room.
• Operates pH meter, refractometer, etc. to keep product within specifications.
• Performs routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Follows GMPs and safety procedures.
• Assists with safety analysis and on-the-job training.
• Attends safety meetings and reports unsafe acts or accidents.
