Job summary

Lief Labs is seeking a 1st Shift Blending Operator to run blending equipment in a safe, compliant manner and ensure product meets quality standards. The role requires following SOPs, confirming materials, and maintaining GDP batch records.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 5am–1:30pm with weekends as needed. You will troubleshoot equipment, train new operators, and suggest process improvements while ensuring clean, compliant work areas and adherence to cGMPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing, preferably with blending equipment.
• Familiarity with cGMP and SOPs.
• Capable of following GDP batch records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure blending equipment runs safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety policies including LOTO.
• Maintain batch records and logs per GDP.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment; train new operators.
• Report safety/quality/equipment issues to lead or supervisor.
• Able to start-up, operate, and tear down blender per SOP.
