Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Production or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of mix rooms by following schedules and formulas to plan the sequence of mix.
• Collect required samples for Quality Assurance testing.
• Maintain knowledge related to ingredient mix for batching purposes.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Follow GMP and company regulatory, food safety and sanitation requirements.
