Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Bioprocess Associate to support commercial biotech manufacturing of therapeutic proteins under cGMP standards. You will operate equipment and ensure batch integrity.

Responsibilities include executing routine manufacturing tasks, maintaining materials inventory, revising batch records, and assisting investigations while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements. Shift: night (M-TH, 9:30 pm–7:30 am) in Devens, MA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of process operations experience in GMP-regulated biotech manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP/SOP.
• Proficiency with automation systems (DeltaV, Syncade) and business tools (SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine manufacturing tasks.
• Operate primary equipment (bioreactors, chromatography skids).
• Maintain materials inventory.
• Revise process documents.
• Assist with investigations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
