Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Bioprocess Associate in Devens, MA to execute commercial manufacturing of therapeutic proteins under cGMPs. The role covers operating primary production equipment, maintaining records, and supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; B.S. in science/engineering/biochemistry or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of process operations in GMP biotech manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOPs; attention to detail and teamwork.
• Proficiency with common computer tools (word processing, spreadsheets, web apps).
• Experience with process automation and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate primary production equipment (bioreactors, chromatography skids, media/buffer prep).
• Follow cGMPs and SOPs; maintain clean room and production records.
• Revise and create process documents; assist investigations.
• Maintain inventory of materials and components; support area safety initiatives.
• Review batch/exception reports with supervisor and QA.
• Contribute to area-initiatives and continuous improvement.
