Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document batch records, and assist with process transfer protocols. The position includes safety and quality responsibilities and opportunities to grow within our cell therapy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, 4+ years of cGMP bioprocessing experience.
• Experience in cell therapy manufacturing and aseptic processing.
• Knowledge of GMP and FDA guidance for biologics and cell therapy.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations per SOPs and batch records.
• Complete documentation per protocols and SOPs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
• Set up manufacturing areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
• Support training and continuous improvement.
