Sheridan Ohio is seeking 6 team members for an Assistant Manufacturing Technician - Bindery on the night shift (7p–7a). We’ll train you to operate high‑speed bindery equipment and contribute to daily production goals on a fast‑paced team.

No prior bindery experience is required; you’ll learn as you work. Sheridan offers a stable full‑time career with overtime opportunities, shift differential, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Reliable, team-oriented and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by adjustments and quality checks.
• Work with the team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
