Sheridan Ohio is hiring 6 team members for an Assistant Manufacturing Technician - Bindery on a night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. We’ll train you to operate high‑speed bindery equipment and set up cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders on a fast‑paced production floor.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• takes pride in doing quality work.
• reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
