Job summary

Sheridan Ohio is hiring for an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery on the night shift (7pm–7am). You’ll train to operate high-speed bindery equipment, set up cutters and folders, and help the team meet daily production goals in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and adjusting equipment

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
