Sheridan Ohio is hiring for an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery on a night shift from 7p to 7a. No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you.

You’ll operate high-speed bindery equipment, monitor quality, and work with a team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced printing environment. We offer comprehensive benefits after 30 days, paid time off, overtime opportunities, and safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required—we’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Pride in doing quality work and meeting standards.
• Reliable and able to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
