We are hiring 6 team members for a full-time role with overtime opportunities and a path to a long-term career in print manufacturing. Expect hands-on work on a fast-paced production floor with safety procedures and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Operate bindery equipment after training.
• Adjust machines and monitor quality.
• Hit daily production goals as part of a team.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders.
• Keep machines running smoothly with adjustments.
• Work with the team to meet daily production targets.
• Inspect products for quality before completion.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
