Sheridan Ohio is hiring for an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery on the night shift (7p–7a). We’ll train you to operate high‑speed bindery equipment and contribute to a fast‑paced production team. This full‑time role offers overtime, shift differential, and pathways for long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with basic tools.
• Ability to read job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Pride in doing quality work and reliability with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with teammates to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
