Job summary

RR Donnelley in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a dependable team member for the bindery crew on the 3rd shift. You will load/unload materials, move and label items, and prepare pallets for shipping in a climate-controlled environment.

Ideal candidates stand up to eight hours, have strong organizational skills, and can operate basic packaging equipment. The role offers a $3 per hour shift premium and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Stand up to eight hours.
• Organizational skills.
• Basic skill in shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tape fasteners, related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device.
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher.
• Builds pallets and applies all necessary paperwork to the pallet and moves pallet to a shipping staging area.
