RRD in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a reliable team member for the bindery crew on a third shift. You will load, move, and label materials, build pallets, and assist with packing and shipping. This climate-controlled role offers a $3 per hour shift premium and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Stand up to eight hours on shift.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic use of shrink-wrap, strapping equipment, pallet jacks, tape fasteners.
• Ability to work on an inserter attached to a press.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, and shelves by hand.
• Move materials from storage to designated areas using hand truck or dolly.
• Attach labels and marks to materials and cases.
• Bundle materials, band with machine, and prepare pallets for shipping.
• Assist with off-line tasks and keep packing areas clean.
