Job summary

The Green Bay, Wisconsin RR Donnelley team is seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join the bindery crew. Load/unload materials by hand, move goods with dollies, attach labels, and bundle items for shipping in a climate‑controlled setting. This is a 2nd shift role with a $2/hr shift premium and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include operating a banding machine, handling paperwork, and supporting line tasks as needed to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand up to eight hours.
• Organizational skills.
• Basic skill in shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tape fasteners and related equipment.
• Ability to operate inserter attached to a press.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Move materials from storage to designated areas using hand truck or dolly.
• Attach labels to materials and document information on cases or containers.
• Bundle materials with a banding machine and prepare pallets for shipping; assist with floorwork and cleaning.
• Build pallets and complete required paperwork; shift to shipping staging area.
