Job summary

RRD is seeking a Material Handler 1 for the Bindery on a fixed 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in Chanhassen, MN. You will read work orders, feed and stack materials, and support bindery and mailing operations to ensure smooth production.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Wednesday schedule and every other Thursday. Compensation ranges from $34,800 to $48,464 per year, with potential overtime and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and

Qualifications

• Reads work orders or follows verbal instructions to determine materials or components.
• Responsible for laying up, feeding or piling down materials at equipment.
• Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.

Responsibilities

• Load, position and move materials at equipment per instructions.
• Stack and bundle materials into secure loads for transport.
• Attach labels and complete packing slips to ensure accurate tracking of materials.
• May operate automated equipment or forklift to assist loading.
• Maintain basic stock descriptions and labeling as per procedures.
