Job summary

RR Donnelley is hiring for a Material Handler 1 in the Web Press Department on a fixed 12-hour night shift (7pm–7am) in Minnesota. The role includes loading, moving, and stacking printed materials, assisting with press make-ready, and performing basic quality checks while maintaining production flow.

Qualifications

• Remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, folded signatures, labels or other in-process product from discharge unit of printing press or adhesive coating equipment
• May adjust stacking mechanism on press according to paper dimensions
• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, carts and trays

Responsibilities

• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area using hand truck or dolly
• Counts, weighs, and records units of materials moved on daily production sheet
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials and marks information on cases or containers
• Stock, move, and rotate items on/off printing press equipment under guidance of a press operator
• May perform in-process quality checks for print defects
