RR Donnelley & Sons in Minnesota is seeking a night-shift warehouse worker for a 12-hour schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), Mon Tue Wed and alternating Thu. The role offers a $2 per hour shift differential and requires handling bindery and finishing materials, stacking, labeling, and accurate records.

You will operate basic equipment, prepare shipments, and maintain safe, organized work areas while following work orders and customer specs. Benefits include medical, dental, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Feed, stock, move, jog, arrange, unload and rotate items on/off bindery equipment as directed.
• Complete forms for stock description, quantity, and labeling requirements.
• Understand general warehouse layout and identification codes for paper stock.
• Use manual dollies, carts, hand trucks and basic hand tools for material handling.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or follow verbal instructions to identify materials.
• Lay up, feed, or pile materials at equipment.
• Signatures and counts to ensure accurate material handling.
• Record units moved on daily production sheets.
• Install strapping, padding, or labels to prevent damage during transport.
