You will support materials, perform basic line troubleshooting, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Strong attendance and flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly and report defects.
• Maintain housekeeping and adherence to GMP and food safety standards.
• Monitor raw materials levels to minimize downtime and support production demand.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts.
