Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in addiction or mental health fields.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide round-the-clock supervision in a residential setting.
• Support clients and staff in daily activities and treatment programs.
• Monitor client behaviors, document observations, and report concerns.
• Assist with medication observations and vitals as directed.
• Maintain accurate records using the EMR system.
