RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Behavioral Health Tech for the night shift in North Carolina. The role provides support to individuals with mental health or substance use challenges across home, school, work, and community settings.

Emphasis is on recovery, independent living, and skill-building with a supportive team. Responsibilities include facilitating relationships, coordinating services, and assisting with daily living, behavior, and anger management, under supervision as required by

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required depending on track.
• 2+ years of full-time experience with the served population.
• Master’s degree or higher preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Focus is on assisting individuals with living independently with strength-based recovery.
• Facilitating relationships and linking individuals to family, guardians and agencies.
• Minimizing psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence impact on daily living.
• Develops skills: daily living, socialization, adaptation, behavior and anger management.
• Performs case management: linking and arranging services and referrals.
• Collaborates with clinical staff to ensure communication and efficient service delivery.
• All other duties as assigned.
