Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Facility Based Crisis Behavioral Health Tech (Nights) to provide direct support and supervision in crisis and residential settings. You will implement treatment interventions, monitor behaviors, and promote emotional and physical well-being with a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in behavioral health, inpatient psychiatric care, crisis units, or residential treatment preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support safety and wellbeing.
• Follow plan of care, observe levels, safety checks, and supervision.
• Assist with ADLs to promote autonomy and dignity.
• Use de-escalation and therapeutic engagement during crises.
• Document observations and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
