Qualifikationen

• Must meet the Qualified Professional requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent with 2+ years full-time experience with the population served, or a higher degree with relevant experience.
• License, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by the governing board regulating human service profession.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Focus is on helping individuals live independently through strength-based recovery-oriented interventions.
• Facilitates relationships and coordinates with families, guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Supports clients in developing daily living, social, and behavioral skills.
• Performs case management and arranges for services and referrals; collaborates with clinical staff.
