Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for night shifts to provide direct support and supervise individuals with intellectual and mental health needs in facility-based or residential settings. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor behavior, and support therapeutic activities, all within a trauma-informed, person-centered framework.

A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; prior behavioral health experience is preferred but not

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support and Patient Care: provide safe, supportive care and assist with ADLs.
• Therapeutic Environment: support structured activities and coping skills practice.
• Safety and Crisis Prevention: identify triggers, de-escalate, and follow safety protocols.
• Documentation: record observations and interventions in the EHR; communicate with the team.
• Teamwork and Professionalism: adhere to policies and assist with onboarding new staff.
• Other Duties: perform additional tasks to support individuals’ well-being.
