Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech for the night shift (8pm–8am) on-site. This part-time role supports individuals with mental health and substance use challenges across home, school, workplace and community settings, focusing on recovery, independence and daily functioning.

You will facilitate relationships, coordinate with families and agencies, and work with clinical staff to implement service plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services field with 2+ years full-time experience.
• Bachelor's degree in non-Human Services field with 4+ years experience.
• Master’s degree or higher with 1+ years experience in the population served.
• License, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit by the governing board.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with MH and/or SUD in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Facilitate relationships and promote recovery, independence and daily living skills.
• Coordinate with families, guardians and local agencies to link services.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement service plans and progress notes.
