Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Ensures patient safety and provides interventions as needed.
• Leads psychoeducational groups and documents shift notes.
• Assists nursing staff and supports treatment planning.
• Monitors patient activity and maintains confidentiality.
• Provides transportation services for patients when required.
• Supports admission and discharge processes and onboarding.
