PaRC is hiring a Behavioral Health Tech I in Houston, TX. The role supports patients through the treatment experience, ensuring safety, assisting with daily needs, and aiding clinical teams in planning and discharge processes.

Schedule is Friday-Tuesday or Thursday-Monday, 3pm-11pm, with a pay range of $16.00-$19.00 per hour. Requires High School Diploma and driver’s license; CPI, CPR/AED/First Aid certifications to be obtained within stated timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire; training provided.
• Must obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to all DBH policies and procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and records; and of facility/company proprietary information.
• Facilitates patient daily needs per the program schedule, including routines, meals, hygiene, and safety.
• Assists Nursing staff with duties as directed, including patient supervision and vitals.
• Monitors patient activity and documents shift notes and other required documentation by end of shift.
• Supports patients during admission and discharge processes.
