Universal Health Services’ Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) for Nights (7p-7:30a) to oversee nursing care in a private, 182-bed behavioral health facility. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, supervision of staff, and coordination with a large UHS network.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida RN license, has supervisory experience, and demonstrates strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice in Florida.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to supervise and direct nursing care.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluation of situations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise nursing care delivery for psychiatric patients.
