Job summary

Southeast Behavioral Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an experienced House Supervisor (RN) to oversee nursing care and patient flow in a CAP region Missouri facility. You will supervise staff, coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers, and help implement hospital policies and quality initiatives.

The role requires MO RN licensure, CPR and crisis intervention training within 30 days, and at least two years in a psychiatric setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Missouri is required.
• Two years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility is preferred.
• CPR certification and crisis intervention training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure coordinated delivery of patient care per standards and hospital policy.
• Supervise nursing staff, patients, and care during shift; collaborate with Intake/Admissions on admissions, discharges, transfers.
