Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a PRN House Supervisor RN in Florida to staff, implement, and evaluate nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients across shifts. The role includes supervisory duties and programmatic management of the designated shift.

Qualifications include a Florida RN license, graduation from an approved School of Nursing, and preferred 3 years of psychiatric nursing with supervisory experience. An Associate Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Valid license with the Florida Board of Nursing.
• Three years of clinical psychiatric nursing experience with supervisory duties preferred.
• Associate degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients on each shift.
• Oversee operational and programmatic management of the designated shift and supervise nursing staff.
• Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; address complaints and resolve problems as needed.
