Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA, is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator for the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a rotating AWS schedule (4 days on, 4 days off). Starting pay is $22.50/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

You will operate processing equipment, monitor quality and safety, and support changeovers and sanitation. Responsibilities include following batch sheets, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient production while adhering to GMPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow batch instructions and recipes.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to GMPs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery processing equipment to produce products within quality standards.
• Monitor temperatures, moisture, mix times, and ingredient weights.
• Make adjustments to maintain product quality and process efficiency.
• Read batch sheets and follow production instructions accurately.
• Complete production records and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with changeovers and basic maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safe material handling and proper waste disposal.
