Job summary

Lyft's Flexdrive depot in Nashville seeks Depot Operations Associates to ensure our autonomous vehicle fleet is ready for 24/7 operation. This hands-on role covers vehicle readiness, calibration, maintenance support, sensor checks, and safety compliance to keep vehicles available.

You will work afternoon/evening shifts with weekends possible, reporting to the Depot Operations Lead. The Nashville base pay range is $16.62 - $20.27 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in automotive, fleet operations, logistics, or similar hands-on environment is advantageous.
• Ability to follow complex SOPs and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess available AVs each shift for readiness.
• Complete pre-deployment safety checks and end-of-day diagnostics.
• Progress vehicles through operational states by completing checklists and verifications.
• Maintain interior/exterior cleanliness and charging operations.
• Document calibration and maintenance activities with timestamps.
